This regulation includes a process of collecting verified environmental data or an external communication called an Environmental Declaration. The process allows, at its end, the subjective registration verified by a National Authority, in a register of updated European-level EMAS bodies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>WHAT ARE THE ACTIVITIES THAT AN ORGANIZATION INTENDS TO APPLY FOR REGISTRATION ACCORDING TO EMAS?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conducting a thorough environmental analysis examining the environmental impacts of the activities performed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adopt an ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM MANAGEMENT ISO 14001 to achieve the Body&#8217;s Environmental Policy and achieve the goals of the established improvement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Obtaining a series of environmental audits systematically and documented for periodic evaluation and objective performance of the body<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Publishing information in an Environmental Declaration (DA), as clear, transparent and comprehensive as possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organisms wishing to enter EMAS must demonstrate that:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Efficiency, commitment and improvement of environmental performance and assurance of compliance with environmental legislation in force<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Transparency, making available its policies, objectives and programmes related to environmental improvement, management system and summary of relevant environmental performance data enabling an open dialogue with all stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The truth of the information provided, by establishing by an independent verifier accreditation and registration with the competent national body.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>OUR METHODOLOGY<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The audits provide distinct phases:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Initial inspection<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Review of environmental declaration document<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Verification of environmental declaration confirmation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After the preparation of the environmental declaration, the applicant shall submit to the competent authority of the country, application for EMAS record. By registering, the body receives a number that identifies in the European Register and has the right to use the EMAS logo in their communications, an element in providing a planned and systematic attention to environmental matters.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;ISO 39001:2012&#8243; tab_id=&#8221;1656413629492-16d90310-023a&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY (RTS)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Road Traffic Safety System Management Standard (RTS) ISO 39001:2012 is a standard for Road Safety Management Systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Standard intervenes in road transport safety management through a proper policy, objective development and effective information and communication. It can improve road safety and lower the risk of accidents and mortality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The standard is a useful tool to help companies and organizations improve not only the safety of workers (at great risk when they are on the road) but also of all other road users.
