AQSCERT LLC, in its code of conduct and ethics, has as its main purpose to make known within the body and all the intensified parties, the main values and principles that govern the activity of AQSCERT.
This code aims to show individual behavior in order to present an image of the correctness of the organism and the prestige and reputation that is always the first in our society.
This code is also set to influence policies implemented in the main processes of activity, in the spirit of continuous improvement, implementing a system of internal management and control.
A general system of values and principles is conceived and shared with every employee, at all levels, so that we can say that the whole company’s activity is based on such a system.
The system provides that each group’s director, employee or collaborators will be constantly aware of their responsibility to respect the principles of the Code, in the implementation of their activities and the fact that this is the responsibility to comply with the code….
The request is one of the essential parts of their contractual duties.
Non-compliance with the principles and violations of the rules of the Code of Ethics shall be treated as malice and shall be followed by the sanctions adopted by AQSCERT, in accordance with laws and contractual disputes.
